DisplayCase marketplace terms
DisplayCase is a classifieds and coordination platform for collectors. Marketplace listings and conversations help buyers and sellers find one another and discuss a possible transaction.
Payments
DisplayCase does not collect or hold sale funds, provide escrow, or manage payments between buyers and sellers. If the parties arrange a sale, they arrange payment directly with each other.
Delivery, shipping, and insurance
DisplayCase does not manage shipping, delivery, or insurance. Buyers and sellers arrange delivery directly and decide between themselves whether to use shipping or insurance and on what terms.
Disputes and suspected scams
The buyer and seller are responsible for addressing disputes or suspected scams between themselves. DisplayCase cannot guarantee that money, cards, or other property can be recovered.
Use care when coordinating
Review listing details and communicate clearly before making arrangements. Do not share private information in a public listing. A seller verification status is a limited trust signal and is not a guarantee of a person, listing, payment, or transaction.
